Six-Month Coaching Engagement

The coaching partnership begins with a series of international gold-standard assessments that measure values, motives, behavioral predictions, and anticipated strengths and potential derailers. Following completion of assessment reports, the participant and coach meet to integrate the data and answer the questions “so what?” and “what next?”. This launches the participant and coach into a development action planning process which culminates with a three-way meeting with the participant’s supervisor to ensure alignment and support structures. From there, participant and coach meet twice a month to maintain focus on the action plan and problem solve emerging challenges.
